In their semi final playoff, they would face off against the Guyana Amazon Warriors, with the Patriots winning the toss and folding first. Batters consistently fell for the opposition, with Jon-Russ Jaggesar claiming 2 out of the 9 wickets, with the Guyana team finding a still respectable 178 run total. With the St Kitts side stepping up to the crease, they would chase this target impressively, partially thanks to Evin Lewis who scored 77 not out to win the match with over 2 overs spare.

Progressing to the final, the St Kitts & Nevis Patriots would face off against the Saint Lucia Kings. The opposition chose to bat first, with them ending their 20 overs on 159/7. In response, the Patriots matched the impressive batting of the Saint Lucia side, however, it came down to the final over in which the St Kitts side would win by just 1 run to reward them with their first ever CPL championship.
